• Live betting odds change in real time. The odds that appear when your bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, we usually refund the stake for that bet. However, some events may have their own special rules.
• If a technical error prevents your bet from being processed, Y8 has the right to void it.
• We will not accept bets if your account balance is not enough to cover the amount.

Y8 may temporarily freeze your account or shut it down permanently for good under any of the following circumstances:
